South Africa is where I was born, and it remains one of the places I photograph most personally. The images in this gallery include landscapes, towns, coastlines, wildlife and everyday scenes from across the country.
Some photographs record places I know well; others reflect the experience of returning after time away. Together, they show a country that is visually striking, complex and constantly changing.
